1. Just a dream...
It all started a few years ago when I was just a teenager with a heart full of ambition and eyes shining with passion for the world of entrepreneurship. I had tried various businesses, but none seemed to have that magical sheen, that dazzling potential that I wanted. I tasted failure and traversed paths strewn with obstacles, but inside me, the flame of ambition had not been extinguished.
In 2022, when I had just turned 20, I experienced a revelation. Tennis , Cuban , and those that sparkled like priceless diamonds became my true passion. While browsing other jewelry sites, I was struck by the shortcomings of the industry - exorbitant prices for products that left much to be desired in terms of quality and beauty.
But, as has often happened in my life, financial resources were limited. Until the next move, I only had 650 lei in my pocket. In front of me was a seemingly insurmountable wall. With so little money in hand, I understood that this passion was too strong to be ignored, and my dream could not be delayed.
2. Finding suppliers.
My mission? Finding the right suppliers for these unique jewels. Over the next three days, I made over 800 calls and sent hundreds of emails.
Finally, the answer came from a collection firm with an amazing range of jewelry, which held samples of over 10,000 products in all categories. To bring these jewels to life, this company collaborates with a renowned factory in Belgium.
So, I got to the point where I took my last 650 lei and invested it in diesel. This journey took me to Cluj , a place that I now associate with the beginnings of my dream .
Once there, I, a young man of only 20 years old, with an almost empty pocket, faced a daunting task - to convince the suppliers to trust me .
Here was the real challenge of falsifying in front of the suppliers. I spent nearly five hours chatting with them, sharing my dream for the Ice Concept store and believing in that dream as if it were already a thriving reality.
I knew this was the moment my dream could come to life. I was practically playing my card as if I was already the most successful entrepreneur , although I wasn't yet. I said with passion and conviction that I had already had success with previous businesses ( bluff ). I told them about my social media development skills that had taken previous businesses to their peak. I told them that I intended to do the same with Ice Concept .
These words, which today might seem amazing, had the power to make me gain the trust of suppliers . So I left that meeting with 10 different jewelry samples, despite not having enough money to pay for them (I got them on credit).
This was the turning point in my story…
3. How do I sell the jewelry?
With the samples in hand, I returned home and was faced with a colossal challenge: how to sell them?
I didn't have a marketing budget and I didn't have a reputation in the industry. So I made a radical decision: I had to become my own influencer for Ice Concept Romania.
With courage and determination, I started creating daily videos on TikTok, showcasing each piece of jewelry in luxurious detail and telling stories about them. I post 2-3 videos a day. But this road was not without HATE . People judged me and criticized me, but I just kept looking forward to my AMERICAN DREAM at only 20 years old.
In the last two weeks before the launch of the iceconcept.ro website, I flooded the social media platforms with my content. With all the obstacles and hate thrown my way, I continued to believe in my dream and push the limits.
The outcome? After launching the site, in just one hour, we already had 30 orders placed. Thus, we proved that passion and courage can overcome any obstacle. This is the start of the ICE CONCEPT colossus.
4. The result...
Today, Ice Concept Romania shines in the world of jewelry, offering tens of thousands of current customers including precious silver and soon gold jewelry.
It is only a matter of time until I will take this Brand to TOP 1 in the entire world jewelry industry.
